本协议是您与 上海沐小阳网络科技有限公司（以下称“我们”）之间就使用 Numable 应用及其桌面小组件、内容发布与分发服务（统称“服务”）达成的协议。您注册、登录或以任何方式使用服务，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意受本协议及《隐私政策》约束。若您不同意，请停止使用。若您代表某组织使用，您声明已获得其授权。
These Terms form an agreement between you and Shanghai Muxiaoyang Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") for use of the Numable app, its widgets, and content publishing/distribution (the "Service"). By registering, signing in, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Numable 是一款本地优先的跨端小组件/仪表盘产品。您可浏览、安装、使用组件（xBundle），自定义仪表盘，并可将您创作的组件发布至社区供他人使用。组件展示的数据由应用在您设备上直接向第三方网站或服务获取（详见《隐私政策》§3）。基础功能免费；更快的刷新、更多的组件与仪表盘、多设备同步等为付费的 Pro 会员功能（详见 §8）。我们保留在合理范围内新增、修改或停止部分功能的权利。
Numable is a local-first cross-platform widget/dashboard product. You may browse, install and use widgets (xBundles), build dashboards, and publish widgets you create to the community. Widget data is fetched directly from third-party sources on your device (Privacy Policy §3). The core is free; faster refresh, more widgets and dashboards, multi-device sync and similar features are part of the paid Pro membership (§8). We may add, change, or discontinue features within reason.
购买与使用 Pro 会员、多设备同步、发布组件、举报与申诉需要登录。可用的登录方式：iOS / iPadOS 为 Apple、微信、Google、GitHub；macOS 为 Apple、Google、GitHub；Android 为微信、Google、GitHub；HarmonyOS 为华为账号、微信、Google、GitHub；Windows 为 Google、GitHub。此外，任一设备都可以用已登录 Numable 的手机扫码登录同一账号。您应对账号下的活动负责，妥善保管登录凭据。登录为可选；不登录也可浏览、安装、使用组件与仪表盘。您可随时在应用内注销账号（详见《隐私政策》§9）；注销对会员的影响见 §8.9，对您已发布内容的影响见 §5.1。
Buying and using Pro, multi-device sync, publishing widgets, reporting and appeals require sign-in: Apple, WeChat, Google or GitHub on iOS/iPadOS; Apple, Google or GitHub on macOS; WeChat, Google or GitHub on Android; HUAWEI ID, WeChat, Google or GitHub on HarmonyOS; Google or GitHub on Windows. Any device can also sign in to the same account by scanning a code with a phone that is signed in to Numable. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials. Sign-in is optional; browsing, installing and using widgets and dashboards work signed-out. You may delete your account in the App at any time (Privacy Policy §9); see §8.9 for what that means for membership and §5.1 for content you have published.
您承诺不利用服务从事：(a) 违反法律法规或损害国家安全、社会公共利益；(b) 侵犯他人知识产权、隐私、名誉等合法权益；(c) 上传或传播违法、色情、暴力、赌博、诈骗、恶意代码或误导性内容；(d) 未经授权访问、干扰、破坏服务或其安全机制；(e) 抓取、逆向、滥用接口或规避技术限制；(f) 冒充他人或虚假陈述。违反者，我们有权限制、暂停或终止其使用并依法追责。
You agree not to: (a) violate law or harm public interests; (b) infringe others' IP, privacy, or reputation; (c) upload or spread illegal, pornographic, violent, fraudulent, malicious, or misleading content; (d) access, disrupt, or damage the Service or its security; (e) scrape, reverse-engineer, abuse APIs, or bypass technical limits; (f) impersonate or misrepresent. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations.
5.1 内容归属与许可 — 您对自己发布的组件内容保留全部知识产权。为使我们能够分发，您授予我们一项全球范围、非独占、免许可费、可转授权的许可，用于在服务内存储、复制、分发、展示您的内容并对其打包/签名以完成技术分发。您自行下架（删除）某项内容后，该内容的许可在合理技术周期内终止（已被他人安装的本地副本除外）。您注销账号时，尚未下架的已发布内容不会随之下架：您同意我们在注销后继续依本条许可存储、分发、展示这些内容；届时发布者署名显示为「已注销的用户」，内容与您的账号解除关联，此后任何人都无法再更新这些内容，我们仍可依本协议将其下架。如您不希望已发布内容在注销后继续分发，请在注销前自行下架。
5.2 声明与保证 — 您声明拥有发布内容的必要权利；内容不侵犯任何第三方权益、真实且不含恶意代码、遵守 §4。您对自己发布的内容独立承担责任。
5.3 平台角色：托管而非背书 — 我们是内容的技术托管与分发方，而非创作者或担保方。签名仅代表内容经由平台注册分发，不构成对内容质量、安全性、真实性的背书。所有第三方内容均在受限沙盒中运行（例如只能访问其声明的网络域名），社区层内容另带“未经审核”提示。您安装使用第三方内容前应自行判断风险。
5.4 举报、下架与申诉 — 任何用户可举报违规内容；达到阈值的内容将被软下架；我们可依审核结果决定移除或恢复；发布者可对下架决定提起申诉；我们可对严重或重复违规的发布者实施封禁（黑名单），被封禁账号将无法继续发布。
5.5 侵权通知 — 若您认为平台内容侵犯您的合法权益，请通过 §12 联系我们并提供：权利证明、被指内容的定位信息、您的联系方式及诚信声明。我们将依法处理，必要时移除内容并通知发布者。
5.6 派生（Fork）许可 — 您发布组件，即同时向其他用户授予一项非独占、免许可费、不可撤销的许可：允许在服务内派生（复制并修改）您发布的组件，并将派生版本再次发布。派生版本必须保留指向原作品的来源标注（forkedFrom），由应用在派生时自动写入。本许可不设「禁止派生」选项：组件以明文形式分发，任何禁止都无法在技术上兑现；若您不希望作品被派生，请不要发布，将其保留为本地自用。您删除内容或注销账号不影响已存在的派生作品及其许可。派生者对其派生版本独立承担 §5.2 的声明与保证；若原作品因违规被下架，我们可对其派生版本一并复核。
5.7 分享文件 — 您可以把自己创作的工具生成分享文件，通过您选择的方式（如即时通讯、邮件）发给他人。为此我们会接收该内容包仅用于校验与签名，签名后不保存，并保留签名记录。您对自己分享的内容负责，§4、§5.2 同样适用；我们不托管、不公开展示分享文件，也不对其进行审核，文件在安装时会标明「未审核」。对被举报或违规的分享，我们可以停用：已安装该文件的设备在联网后将停止运行它。您可以对停用提出申诉。
(5.1) Ownership & license. You retain all IP in content you publish. To let us distribute it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, copy, distribute, display, and package/sign it for technical delivery; for content you unpublish (delete), the license ends within a reasonable window (except copies already installed locally by others). Closing your account does not take down content you have published and not unpublished: you agree that we may keep storing, distributing and displaying it under this license after your account is closed. The publisher is then shown as "Deleted user", the content is no longer linked to your account, no one can update it any more, and we may still take it down under these Terms. If you do not want your published content to remain available after you close your account, unpublish it before closing the account. (5.2) Warranties. You warrant you hold the rights to publish, the content infringes no third party, contains no malicious code, and complies with §4; you are solely responsible for it. (5.3) Host, not endorser. We are the technical host and distributor, not the author or guarantor. A signature means the content was registered for distribution — not an endorsement of quality, safety, or accuracy. All third-party content runs in a restricted sandbox (e.g. it can reach only the network hosts it declares), and community content additionally carries an "unreviewed" signal; assess the risk yourself. (5.4) Reports, takedown, appeals. Users may report; content past a threshold is soft-removed; we may remove or restore it; publishers may appeal; repeat/serious offenders may be banned and blocked from publishing. (5.5) Infringement notices. Send rights proof, the content's location, your contact, and a good-faith statement to §12; we act as required by law. (5.6) Fork license. By publishing a widget you also grant other users a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to fork it within the Service (copy and modify it) and to republish the fork. A fork must keep the attribution to the original (forkedFrom), which the App writes automatically. There is no "no forks" option: widgets are distributed in plain form and no such restriction could be enforced technically; if you do not want your work forked, do not publish it and keep it for local use. Deleting your content or closing your account does not affect existing forks or their license. Fork authors are independently bound by §5.2 for their forks; if an original is taken down for a violation, we may re-review its forks as well. (5.7) Sharing as a file. You may turn a tool you created into a share file and send it to others by means you choose (e.g. messaging apps, email). To do so we receive the pack only to check and sign it and do not keep it, and we keep a signing record. You are responsible for what you share; §4 and §5.2 apply. We do not host, publicly display or review share files, and they are marked "Unreviewed" when installed. We may disable a share that is reported or violates these Terms: devices that installed it stop running it once online. You may appeal a disabled share.
除用户内容外，服务及其软件、界面、商标、Logo、文档等的知识产权归我们或相应权利人所有。未经许可，您不得复制、修改、分发或用于商业目的。本应用中的开源组件遵循其各自许可证。
Except for user content, all IP in the Service (software, UI, trademarks, logos, docs) belongs to us or the respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercialize it without permission. Open-source components remain under their own licenses.
服务可能展示来自第三方网站或服务的数据及其他用户发布的内容。我们不对第三方内容的准确性、合法性、可用性负责。您与第三方之间的交互及由此产生的风险由您自行承担。第三方数据的获取与使用另受该第三方条款约束。
非投资建议：组件展示的行情、汇率、金价等金融信息来自第三方网站或服务，可能存在延迟或错误，仅供参考，不构成任何投资建议。本应用不提供交易、下单或资金相关功能；组件中「在第三方 App 中打开」一类的按钮仅跳转到您设备上的其他应用（首次跳转前会征得您的确认），您在该应用中的操作受其自身条款约束。
The Service may display third-party data and other users' content. We are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or availability. Your dealings with third parties and any resulting risk are your own; third-party data is also governed by that party's terms. Not investment advice: market quotes, exchange rates, gold prices and other financial information shown in widgets come from third-party sources, may be delayed or inaccurate, are for reference only, and do not constitute investment advice. The App has no trading, ordering or funds functions; "open in another app" buttons only switch to another app on your device (after asking for confirmation the first time), and what you do there is governed by that app's own terms.
8.1 免费与会员
Numable 的基础功能免费提供：浏览与安装工具、仪表盘、桌面小组件、常规刷新等。在此之上我们提供付费的 Numable Pro 会员，当前包含：更快的刷新频率；更多的组件、仪表盘、桌面小组件与第三方凭证条目；多设备同步；以及我们届时在会员页列明的其他权益。免费版的额度与 Pro 的具体权益以应用内会员页的说明为准。会员权益挂在您的 Numable 账号上，购买会员需要登录；同一账号在您登录的各个设备上共享会员状态。
8.2 方案、价格与支付渠道
会员方案、价格、币种与计费周期以购买时应用内会员页与支付确认页显示的为准。根据您使用的版本，付款通过以下渠道完成，付款过程受该渠道的条款约束：

我们不接触、不保存您的银行卡号等支付账户信息，这些信息由 Apple、Google 或财付通（微信支付）处理。
8.3 自动续费（仅 App Store 与 Google Play 的订阅）
月付与年付为自动续费订阅：每个周期结束时，Apple / Google 会按原价格和周期从您的账户自动扣费并续订下一期，除非您在此之前关闭了自动续费；App Store 订阅会在当期结束前 24 小时内扣费，因此须在当期结束前至少 24 小时取消，才不会续订下一期。您可随时取消：iOS / iPadOS / macOS 在「设置 › Apple ID › 订阅」或 App Store 的账户页；Google Play 在 Google Play 商店的「付款和订阅 › 订阅」；也可从应用内会员页的「管理订阅」进入。取消后，已付费周期内的权益保留到该周期结束，之后不再扣费。在订阅中更换方案（如月付改年付）时，生效时间与差价由 Apple / Google 按其规则处理，应用内会提示是「立即生效」还是「下个续费日起生效」。若续费扣款失败，Apple / Google 可能提供宽限期，宽限期内会员保留。 微信支付的年卡与永久为一次性购买，不自动续费、不会自动扣款。 年卡自付款成功起有效 365 天，到期前可再次购买，有效期顺延累加。
8.4 永久方案
「永久」是一次性付款，在 Numable 服务存续期间长期有效，不需要续费。它不代表我们承诺永久提供服务，也不代表会员包含的具体权益永不调整（见 §8.6、§10）。若您在订阅进行中又购买了永久方案，商店不会替您自动取消原订阅，应用会提示您前往订阅管理取消，以免重复扣费。通过微信支付由年卡升级为永久时，年卡的剩余时长不折算、不退款。
8.5 退款
8.6 价格与权益调整
我们可能调整会员价格或权益。价格调整不影响您已付费的当前周期或已购买的年卡 / 永久方案；自动续费订阅的价格调整，由 Apple / Google 依其规则事先通知您，需要您同意的会先征得您的同意，您可以在续费前取消。会员权益如有重大调整，我们会提前在应用内显著告知。
8.7 会员到期后
会员到期（或订阅取消、退款）后，您的账号回到免费版，我们不会删除您设备上的任何数据：
8.8 赠送的会员
我们可能以活动形式赠送会员（例如内测期间登录的账号获赠一段时间的 Pro），也可能发放兑换码。赠送会员的有效期以我们在活动说明或应用内显示的为准，赠送的天数接在您现有会员之后计算；不可兑换现金、不可转让，到期后按 §8.7 处理；赠送会员不影响您另行购买的会员。
兑换码只能在我们的网页 get.numable.app/redeem 上兑换，会员挂在您兑换时确认的账号上，兑换成功后不能撤销，也不能转到其他账号。每个兑换码有使用次数与兑换期限，同一活动一个账号只能领取一次；兑换码禁止买卖，请妥善保管，被他人先行兑换的我们无法补发。如您以违规方式取得赠送会员（包括买卖兑换码、批量注册账号领取、利用系统漏洞或以欺诈手段获取），我们有权收回相应会员，并可依照 §4、§10 限制或终止相关账号。
从来没有开通过 Pro 的账号可以在会员页免费试用 Pro 7 天，每个账号一次；试用到期自动回到免费版，不会扣费；注销账号后用同一登录方式重新注册，不再提供试用。
8.9 账号注销与会员
注销账号后，该账号上的会员权益一并失效，无法转移到其他账号，未使用的会员时长不予退款（法律法规另有规定的除外）。注销账号不会自动取消您在 App Store / Google Play 的订阅，请在注销前先到对应商店取消，以免继续扣费。
(8.1) Free and Pro. The core of Numable is free: browsing and installing tools, dashboards, home-screen widgets and regular refresh. On top of that we offer a paid Numable Pro membership, currently including faster refresh; more widgets, dashboards, home-screen widgets and third-party credential entries; multi-device sync; and any other benefits listed on the in-app membership page at the time. The free allowances and the exact Pro benefits are as described on that page. Membership belongs to your Numable account, so signing in is required to buy it, and it is shared across the devices where you are signed in.
(8.2) Plans, prices and payment channels. Plans, prices, currency and billing periods are those shown on the in-app membership page and the payment confirmation at the time of purchase. Depending on the version you use, payment goes through: iOS / iPadOS / macOS — App Store in-app purchase (monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions; lifetime); Android (Google Play version) — Google Play Billing (monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions; lifetime); Android (China version) and HarmonyOS — WeChat Pay (one-year pass and lifetime, one-time purchases that do not renew); Windows — WeChat Pay by QR code (one-year pass and lifetime, one-time, no renewal). Each channel's own terms apply to the payment. We never see or store your card or other payment-account details; Apple, Google or Tenpay (WeChat Pay) handle them.
(8.3) Auto-renewal (App Store and Google Play subscriptions only). Monthly and annual plans renew automatically: at the end of each period Apple / Google charges your account at the same price and period for the next one, unless you have turned auto-renew off; App Store subscriptions are charged within the 24 hours before the period ends, so cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid renewing. You can cancel at any time: on iOS / iPadOS / macOS in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions or your App Store account page; on Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; or via "Manage subscription" on the in-app membership page. After cancelling, Pro stays until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again. When you switch plans (e.g. monthly to annual), Apple / Google decide the effective date and any proration under their rules; the App tells you whether the change takes effect now or at your next renewal. If a renewal payment fails, Apple / Google may offer a grace period during which Pro is kept. WeChat Pay one-year passes and lifetime purchases are one-time payments: they never renew and never charge you automatically. A one-year pass is valid for 365 days from payment; buying another before it ends extends it.
(8.4) Lifetime. "Lifetime" is a one-time payment that stays valid for as long as the Numable service is provided, with no renewal. It is not a promise that the service will be provided forever, nor that the specific benefits included in Pro will never change (see §8.6 and §10). If you buy lifetime while a subscription is active, the store will not cancel that subscription for you; the App reminds you to cancel it in subscription management to avoid being charged twice. When you upgrade from a one-year pass to lifetime with WeChat Pay, the unused part of the pass is not credited or refunded.
(8.5) Refunds. App Store / Google Play purchases: refunds are handled by Apple / Google under their refund policies — request one via Apple's Report a Problem (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play's refund request; we cannot refund store orders directly. When a refund goes through, the matching Pro benefit is withdrawn. WeChat Pay purchases: Pro is a digital service activated as soon as you pay, so it is in principle not refundable once activated. Contact support@numable.app and, after verification, we refund in these cases: you were charged twice for the same order; you paid but Pro could not be activated and we cannot fix it; or refunds are otherwise required by law. Refunds go back to your WeChat Pay account, and the Pro time bought with that order is withdrawn.
(8.6) Price and benefit changes. We may change membership prices or benefits. Price changes do not affect a period you have already paid for or a one-year pass / lifetime purchase you already hold; for auto-renewing subscriptions, Apple / Google notify you in advance under their rules and ask for your consent where required, and you can cancel before renewal. Material changes to Pro benefits are announced prominently in-app in advance.
(8.7) When membership ends. When Pro ends (expiry, cancellation or refund) your account returns to the free plan and we delete nothing on your devices. Widgets beyond the free allowance pause updating (they stop fetching and keep their last content); dashboards, home-screen widgets and credentials are not deleted, you choose what to keep, and everything resumes when you renew. Multi-device sync pauses: local data on each device stays as it is; the encrypted cloud copy is kept for 180 days, during which you can still restore it on a new device; renewing resumes sync; after 180 days the cloud copy is deleted automatically. You can also delete it yourself at any time under "Me › Sync across devices".
(8.8) Gifted membership. We may give Pro as part of a promotion (for example, a period of Pro for accounts that signed in during the beta) or through gift codes. Its validity is as stated in the promotion or shown in the App, and gifted days are added after any membership you already have; it has no cash value and cannot be transferred, and when it ends §8.7 applies. It does not affect any Pro you buy separately. Gift codes can be redeemed only on our web page get.numable.app/redeem; the membership goes to the account you confirm when redeeming, and a redemption cannot be undone or moved to another account. Each code has a usage limit and a redemption deadline, and each account can redeem only once per promotion; gift codes must not be bought or sold — keep yours safe, as we cannot replace a code someone else redeemed first. If you obtain gifted membership by improper means (including buying or selling codes, mass-registering accounts to claim them, exploiting bugs, or fraud), we may revoke it and may restrict or terminate the accounts involved under §4 and §10. An account that has never had Pro can try Pro free for 7 days from the membership page, once per account; it goes back to Free when the trial ends, with no charge, and re-registering with the same sign-in after deleting the account does not restart it.
(8.9) Account deletion and membership. Deleting your account ends the membership on it; it cannot be moved to another account, and unused time is not refunded (unless the law requires otherwise). Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel it in the store first so you are not charged again.
在法律允许的最大范围内：服务按“现状”和“现有”提供，我们不对适销性、特定用途适用性、不中断或无错误作默示担保。对于因使用或无法使用服务、第三方内容、第三方网站或服务、数据丢失等造成的间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损失，我们不承担责任；我们的累计责任以您为使用服务在争议发生前 12 个月内实际支付的金额为限。本条不排除依法不可排除的责任。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, or uninterrupted/error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, third-party content/sources, or data loss; our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing herein excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
我们可依合理需要变更、暂停或终止全部或部分服务。若我们决定终止全部服务，将至少提前 30 日在应用内公告，并停止向自动续费订阅收费；对仍在有效期内的付费会员（含年卡与永久方案），我们将按剩余价值合理退款或提供其他补偿。您可随时停止使用并注销账号。若您违反本协议，我们可暂停或终止您的使用；因严重违规被终止使用的，已付费用不予退还（法律法规另有规定的除外）。终止后，性质上应继续有效的条款（如知识产权、责任限制、争议解决）仍然有效。
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service in whole or part. If we decide to shut down the whole Service, we will announce it in-app at least 30 days in advance and stop charging auto-renewing subscriptions; for paid membership still in effect (including one-year passes and lifetime plans) we will make a reasonable refund based on the remaining value or offer other compensation. You may stop and close your account anytime. We may suspend/terminate your access for breach; fees are not refunded when access is terminated for a serious breach, unless the law requires otherwise. Clauses that by nature survive (IP, liability, disputes) continue after termination.
本协议的订立、效力、解释及争议解决适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法规则）。因本协议产生的争议，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，提交本公司住所地（上海市）有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-laws rules). Disputes shall first be resolved amicably, failing which they are submitted to the competent People's Court at the domicile of the company (Shanghai).

本协议构成双方就服务达成的完整协议。若任一条款被认定无效，不影响其余条款效力。我们未行使某项权利不构成放弃。我们可适时更新本协议，重大变更将在应用内显著告知；继续使用视为接受。
These Terms are the entire agreement. If any clause is invalid, the rest remain effective. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. We may update these Terms; material changes are notified prominently in-app, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
